Welcome to Kreathon
Everything an organiser needs,
in one single place.
From registrations to the final leaderboard — this is your venue.
Overview Dashboard
The Command Centre.
Get absolute, real-time visibility over your entire ecosystem from a single screen. Instantly track registration metrics, submission volumes, team formation bottlenecks, and judge deliberation progress.
- Registration metrics and submission volumes, live
- Team formation bottlenecks flagged as they happen
- Judge deliberation progress across every track
Timeline Control
Dynamic Timeline Automation.
Control exactly what your participants see and when they see it. Open or close registrations, freeze team formation, unlock submissions, and map custom deliverables to specific phases of your event countdown.
- Open registrations — the sign-up form and countdown appear on the public event page.
- Edit ideas — teams can update their concept, visible the moment they save it.
- Deliverables — the submission panel unlocks so teams can upload their work.
- Votes — a public voting widget appears for the audience to weigh in.
Full customer control
Customize the platform on your own.
Your banner, your logo, your prize pool and your venue, with live counts of teams, participants and projects. Tracks, people, chat, resources, prizes and FAQs each get a tab, and you decide which ones exist.
- Upload your own banner, logo and colour palette
- Emails and notifications carry your event's branding, not ours
- Choose exactly which tabs appear — tracks, chat, resources, prizes, FAQs
Your brand, not ours
Banner, logo and colour palette — the page looks like yours, not a template.
Branded communications
Emails and notifications go out under the event's own logo and banner, not ours.
Pick your tabs
Tracks, chat, resources, prizes, FAQs — turn on only what this event needs.
Personalize the registration form
Ask exactly what you need — custom fields, file uploads, consent checkboxes — nothing more, nothing less.
Judging & Evaluation
Score it exactly the way this event needs.
Define your own criteria and how much each one counts, then decide exactly what participants and the public get to see about the results.
- Add unlimited criteria, each with its own weight
- Score once per criterion, or rate every deliverable and average it
- Choose whether reviewer ratings and feedback go public, and how
Simplicity by design
From idea to closing ceremony
in 3 steps.

Teams Build & Collaborate
Participants join dedicated workspaces, trigger mentor calls, submit incremental progress, and chat seamlessly in their built-in live room.
Single-Click Judging
Judges receive auto-assigned queue links, score submissions with structured rubrics, and the platform aggregates final winner leaderboards.
Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know.
Can we use Kreathon for both virtual and in-person hackathons?
Yes, absolutely. Kreathon was built for hybrid, strictly remote, and in-person events. In-person organisers use QR check-in and on-stage judging timers, while hybrid teams take advantage of the integrated video feeds and asynchronous milestone submissions.
How does Kreathon handle custom deliverables and multi-track judging?
Every criterion carries its own weight, and you can define as many scoring tracks as the event needs — a hackathon track, a sponsor track, a student track — each judged independently with its own rubric and leaderboard.
Can we export team data and project submissions to our CRM or GitHub?
Yes. Export participants, teams, projects and scores as CSV or JSON at any time, and push submissions straight to a GitHub repo or your CRM through the API — no manual re-entry required.
What happens if a sponsor wants private access to specific project pitches?
Mark a track or a field as private, and it's visible only to that sponsor's assigned reviewers — never on the public team page, and never to judges outside that track.
